Payouts
Follow the rules and you get paid.
Not negotiated, not reviewed for sentiment, not delayed because the month was expensive for us.
There are conditions, every one of them is published below, and meeting them is the whole of it.
FIVE CONDITIONS.
NOTHING ELSE.
01 You are funded
Assessment gains are not withdrawable. An assessment is a test of whether you can trade to a rule set. Passing it is what you paid for; it does not produce money on its own.
02 Your account is compliant and open
No hard breach, no open rule violation, no open positions at the moment of request.
03 The profit buffer is cleared, where one applies
Some products hold back a non-withdrawable buffer that must be built before a first payout. It is not lost - it is the cushion the account runs on.
04 The consistency requirement is met, where one applies
Best trading day divided by total profit. Not a breach rule. It gates the payout, not the account, and it is met by continuing to trade.
05 KYC is complete and the trader agreement is signed
Do this early. On Instant Funding you can trade before completing it - but a failed KYC at the point of withdrawal rejects the withdrawal, forfeits the gains and closes the account. It is the single most avoidable way to lose money here.
What is not on that list cannot be used to decline a payout.
EVERY CYCLE.
EVERY MINIMUM.
| Product | First payout | After that | Minimum |
|---|---|---|---|
| One Step / Two Step | Once funded | Every 30 days | - |

AND HOW TO RAISE IT.
| Product | Your share | With add-on |
|---|---|---|
| One Step / Two Step | 80% | 90% (+20%) |
| Instant Funding | 80% | 90% (+20%) |

THE PART MOST FIRMS
LEAVE VAGUE.
Payout Protector
By default, a hard breach in a funded account forfeits the gains sitting in it. The account closes and the money goes with it.
Payout Protector changes that outcome. The account still closes – the add-on does not remove the breach, does not alter any risk parameter, and does not stop you breaching – but you still receive your share of the gains you made.
Worked example. You are trading a $100,000 funded account and have generated $8,000 in gains when you breach.
Without Payout Protector: the account closes and the $8,000 is forfeited.
With Payout Protector: the account still closes, and you still receive your share of the $8,000.
Costs 25% of the plan price. Selected at purchase. Cannot be added later.
Lock Upon Payout, and how to remove it
Every plan has Lock Upon Payout enabled by default. When you take your first payout, your maximum drawdown locks permanently to your original starting balance.
Worked example. You grow a $100,000 account to $110,000 and request a payout. From that point your maximum drawdown is locked at $100,000. Fall below it and the account is breached – even though your original 6% floor was $94,000.
The Remove Lock on Payout add-on disables this for 25% of the plan price, selected at purchase. Worth it only if you intend to take payouts early and keep trading the same account.
THE DETAILS THAT MATTER.
WITHOUT THE JARGON.
Hard breach
You violated the daily loss limit, the max drawdown or the inactivity rule. In an assessment, the assessment fails. In a funded account, the account closes and gains are forfeited unless you hold Payout Protector.
Soft breach
We close the trades that violated the rule. You keep the account and keep trading.
Is the 24-hour claim real
Payouts are processed Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm New York time, and can be released in as little as 24 hours. Allow 24–48 business hours. A request submitted on Friday evening is not a 24-hour request.
Can you refuse because you didn't like how I traded
No. The conditions are the five in section one. Prohibited trading practices are defined in the program rules and are a rule violation, not a discretionary judgement.
Prediction Markets require a full withdrawal
All eligible profit or none. On a $100,000 account the 2% minimum is $2,000; below that no request can be submitted yet.
On Funded Futures the payout is the gate
You cannot advance to the next phase until the current phase's payout has been requested and completed.
