Commission is calculated on the net purchase value of each assessment sold through your link, after any discount code applied at checkout. Tiers are assessed on a rolling 30-day basis; a new rate applies from the point you reach it and you are not demoted mid-month. There is no earnings cap at any tier – Elite is the top rate, not a ceiling on volume.

Most prop firms run affiliate programs the same way: a flat rate for everyone, a retainer for the people with the biggest audience, and a quiet reduction when the numbers get expensive.
We do not pay retainers. Not to influencers, not to anyone. If you send us business you earn on it, and if you send us a lot of business you earn at a higher rate. The arrangement is identical whether you have five hundred followers or five hundred thousand.

What counts
A completed assessment purchase made through your tracked link or code, by a customer who was not already an active TradePath customer.
What does not
Your own purchases. Refunded or charged-back orders. Accounts created to farm commission. Purchases from paid ads bidding on TradePath brand terms.
Refunds are clawed back
From the following period's commission. It is normal and it is not a penalty - it is why tiers are set on qualifying sales rather than gross orders.
You can see everything
Every click, every conversion and every pending payment in your affiliate dashboard, in real time. We do not run a black box.
Paid monthly
On confirmed sales, once the refund window on those orders has passed.
We will not change your rate without telling you
If thresholds or rates change, existing affiliates are notified before it takes effect and given the outgoing rate for a transition period.
WHAT YOU CAN SAY.
AND WHAT YOU CANNOT.
You must not:
- Present TradePath as a broker, a fund, an investment manager or an adviser
- Describe assessments as investments, or payouts as investment returns
- Guarantee, promise or imply a particular outcome, income or pass rate
- Present simulated results as real trading results
- Use our name or brand in a way that implies you speak for us
- Promote to anyone under 18, or in any territory where participation is restricted
You must:
- Disclose that you are an affiliate and are paid commission, clearly and near the link
- Use the disclaimers we supply where you quote programme rules or payout claims
- Take down or correct anything we flag as non-compliant, promptly
Breaching these forfeits accrued commission and ends participation. We would rather set that out now than argue about it later.
