⚠️ BEFORE PUBLISHING - delete this box. Section 4's tables are a specification, not an inventory. Once the site is built, run a scan of the live pages, then correct every cookie name, provider and duration to match what actually fires. Any cookie found that is not listed must be added or removed - an inaccurate cookie table is worse than none, because it is a documented misstatement. Also confirm TradePath Funding and support@tradepathfunding.com, and confirm the consent banner genuinely blocks non-essential tags until consent is given rather than merely recording the choice.

1. What this covers

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on tradepathfunding.com, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY].

It covers this website only. The trading dashboard at tradepathfundingdashboard.propaccount.com is operated by Prop Account, LLC and sets its own cookies under its own policies at dashboardanalytix.com/client-terms-and-policies.

2. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. It lets the site remember things between pages and between visits — that you dismissed a banner, which options you chose, whether you have been here before.

We also use technologies that behave like cookies and are treated the same way in this policy: local storage (data held in your browser rather than sent with every request), pixels or tracking tags (a tiny image or script that records that a page loaded), and session identifiers.

3. Your choices

When you first visit, a consent banner asks what you allow. Nothing but strictly necessary cookies is set until you choose. Analytics and advertising tags are held back and only fire if you accept them.

You can:

  • Accept all - every category below is enabled
  • Reject all - only strictly necessary cookies are set
  • Choose by category - enable some and not others
  • Change your mind at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer

Withdrawing consent stops further collection. It does not delete what was collected while consent was active — to have that removed, contact us using section 7.

If you do nothing, the banner stays and non-essential cookies stay off. We do not treat continued browsing as consent, we do not pre-tick boxes, and rejecting cookies does not restrict any part of the site.

4. What we use

4.1 Strictly necessary - always on

These make the site work. They cannot be switched off and do not require consent, because the site cannot be delivered without them.

CookieProviderPurposeDuration
tp_cookie_consentTradePathRecords your consent choices so you are not asked on every page12 months
__cf_bmCloudflareDistinguishes people from bots; protects the site from automated abuse30 minutes
cf_clearanceCloudflareConfirms a security check has been passed12 months
PHPSESSIDTradePathMaintains your session across pagesSession - deleted when you close the browser
wordpress_test_cookieTradePathChecks whether your browser accepts cookiesSession

4.2 Analytics - consent required

These tell us which pages and products get attention, and where people stop. We use them in aggregate; we do not use them to identify you individually.

CookieProviderPurposeDuration
_gaGoogle Analytics 4Distinguishes one visitor from another24 months
_ga_<container-id>Google Analytics 4Maintains session state24 months
_gidGoogle Analytics 4Distinguishes visitors within a day24 hours

IP addresses are truncated before storage, and we have not enabled Google Signals or cross-device advertising features.

4.3 Marketing and advertising - consent required

Not deployed at launch. If we later run paid advertising, an advertising pixel will be added to this table and to the consent banner before it is installed, and it will require its own consent. It will never fire on a rejection.

4.4 Functional - consent required

CookieProviderPurposeDuration
omnisendSessionIDOmnisendPrevents duplicate signup-form submissions and links a submission to the form it came from30 days
omnisendAttributionIDOmnisendRecords which page a signup came from12 months

4.5 Third-party content

Some pages embed content hosted elsewhere - YouTube videos, a Trustpilot widget, social links. Where embedded content is present it can set its own cookies once loaded. We load embedded content only after you accept functional cookies. Until then you will see a placeholder with a button to load it. Those providers' own policies govern what they then set.

5. Controlling cookies in your browser

Independently of our banner, every major browser lets you block or delete cookies:

  • Chrome - Settings › Privacy and security › Third-party cookies
  • Safari - Settings › Privacy
  • Firefox - Settings › Privacy & Security
  • Edge - Settings › Cookies and site permissions

Blocking all cookies in the browser will break parts of most websites, including this one. Blocking cookies from this site specifically will not - you will simply be asked for consent again on each visit, because the cookie that remembers your answer cannot be stored.

Browser "Do Not Track" signals are not consistently implemented across the web, so we do not rely on them. We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) where your browser sends it, treating it as a rejection of non-essential cookies.

6. Changes

Cookies change as a site changes. We review this list whenever we add a tool, and at least every six months. Any change is posted here with an updated date. Adding a new category, or a cookie that behaves materially differently from those listed, resets consent - you will be asked again.
