Reece founded TradePath after nearly seven years across proprietary trading and brokerage operations, working through risk, trading rules, payout review and the day-to-day mechanics of running funded-trader programmes. He owns TradePath’s rulebook, its breach logic and its payout policy, and holds the relationship with the firm’s technology provider.
He started TradePath on a straightforward premise: publish the rules before anyone pays, decide against evidence rather than interpretation, and treat a payout as an obligation rather than a negotiation.
